Relish is partnering with the chefs at Bay Laurel Culinary for another series of Pop-Up Pig Roasts. Chef Christopher Greenwald cooks a locally raised pig each night in a La Caja China box roaster. The result is a delicious moist pork with crispy skin. The pork is served with crispy roasted potatoes and winter salad for a wonderful satisfying meal. Sit elbow to elbow with locals and visitors. Purchase great wines from Relish or bring your own bottle (corkage $12). These dinners always sell out so register now!

Relish's Snout-to-Tail Pork Butchering class is the only butchering class we know that allows each participant to break down his/her own pig. This ultra-hands-on experience is really unique—from the first cut to the primals to making your own pancetta, Chef Dino Bugica shares tons of information as he guides participants at this in-depth 5-hour class. We only offer it a few times each winter, so sign up soon for the March 15 date soon.
Chef John Ash is a wonderful instructor--very inspirational and so passionate about great food. At this class he shares fantastic recipes from his most recent cookbook Culinary Birds. Participants will make a number of versatile dishes, using a variety of poultry from quail to turkey, and even some eggs. It's always such a treat to cook with Chef John...and you can purchase a signed cookbook to take home!
