A culinary education business in Healdsburg, California, in the heart of the Sonoma County wine country.

Relish combines talented chefs, fabulous cuisine, and captivating Sonoma County locations, including the beautiful Relish Culinary Center in downtown Healdsburg, to create one-of-a-kind wine country cooking classes, tours and other creative culinary events for individuals, groups, and businesses.

Our goal is to celebrate seasonal, local food and provide a fresh and inspiring learning experience for everyone at every event.

You can purchase a gift certificate in any amount, allowing the recipient to apply the gift to any class in our published schedule.

Snout-To-Tail Pork Butchering Workshop

Pork butchering

Due to popular demand, we've added another Snout-to-Tail Pork Butchering Workshop on Saturday, April 18. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with chef Dino Bugica to break down a 100-pound roaster pig, learning primals, cuts and butchering techniques as you go. Take home all the meat and increased confidence in selecting, handling and butchering pork.

Exquisite Springtime Lamb Dinner

Lamb Roast with Spring Onion Pesto

Join us on May Day for a cooking experience that celebrates the new season. Chef Anne has composed a gorgeous menu with a spectrum of spring colors and flavors from peas, beets and fresh local cheese to baby carrots, spring onions and morel mushrooms. The focal point of the meal is a succulent cut of lamb and the associated techniques to maximize flavor.
