Relish combines talented chefs, fabulous cuisine, and captivating rural settings, including the beautiful Relish Culinary Center in downtown Healdsburg, to create one-of-a-kind authentic food experiences, including cooking classes, tours and other creative culinary events for individuals, groups, and businesses.

Relish offers cooking and food-making classes on a wide variety of topics...something for everybody!

You can purchase a gift certificate in any amount, allowing the recipient to apply the gift to any class in our published schedule.

Alternately, you can order a gift certificate for a particular class that you know would be just right for the recipient.

March is an in-between month as the weather warms and spring awaits. It's exciting to begin to incorporate fresh spring flavors into our winter menus. Little bursts of green garlic, early asparagus, and farm eggs from newly laying chickens add dimension to our cooking. We can't wait for more!

Our monthly event with The Nectary is the Equinosh Spring Pop-up Dinner with a focus on Spring renewal and Rejuvenation.

Classes continue with Anti-Inflammation as the April topic followed by focus on Cleansing in May. Each class focuses on a different major symptom of society, revealing how to optimize health using nutritious cooking choices.

Snout-to-Tail Pork Butchering

March 31 is the last date this year for our Snout-To-Tail Pork Butchering exerience—a unique hands-on butchering experience with Chef Dino Bugica, chef/owner of Diavola Pizzeria & Salumeria. Participants each break down a 100-pound pig, learning techniques and butchery as they go, and take home the resulting cuts.
