Relish combines talented chefs, fabulous cuisine, and captivating Sonoma County locations, including the beautiful Relish Culinary Center in downtown Healdsburg, to create one-of-a-kind wine country cooking classes, tours and other creative culinary events for individuals, groups, and businesses.

Our goal is to celebrate seasonal, local food and provide a fresh and inspiring learning experience for everyone at every event.

Tour the charming Healdsburg Farmers' Market with our chef, glean ingredients, and make and cook gourmet wood-fired pizzas

Our monthly Farmers' Market-to-Pizza Party classes kick-off on May 10 with the opening of the Healdsburg Farmers' Market. Great for visitors, locals and groups of all ages, this class has it all:  time to stroll, taste and meet farmers at the market; learning from the chef about selecting seasonal ingredients; stretching pizza dough and making pizzas with your favorite ingredients; learning about wood-fired oven cooking; and savoring all the delicious results. The good weather means there is sure to be lots of scrumptuous pizza toppings at the May market. More info

Celebrate the "Makers"! We're mixing and matching some of our favorite producers to feature their amazing products at monthly wood-fired dinners at the Relish Culinary Center.

For May, join MacPhail Family Wines, Pugs Leap cheese, Bernier Farms, and Relish's own chef Anne Cornell for a wood-fired family-style supper, featuring green garlic and other fresh spring produce, a variety of fresh and aged goat cheeses, and house-butchered pork, all paired with MacPhail pinot noir wines. Cheese Making Workshop


Learn how to make delicious cheeses at home

SF Milk Maid Louella Hill returns to Relish for another cheese immersion class. Participants will make six cheeses from scratch in real-time, starting cheeses on Friday evening and finishing on Saturday. Cheese maker Louella provides the perfect balance of technical information about and iresistable enthusiasm for home cheese making, ensuring you will take home the knowledge and starter equipment to confidently make cheese on your own, along with some delicious handmade cheese.
