· Space
is available on a first come, first served basis. Space is limited on
all tours, so early registration is advised.
· A
$500 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of registration.
Final payment is required 90 days before the departure date and is
nonrefundable and nontransferable.
There will be no credit or refund for
partial cancellation or any unused portion of the tour.
· Visa,
Mastercard or check are accepted forms of payment.
· We
strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover any
unforeseen events that would force you to cancel your trip.
· For
international tours, participants are responsible for obtaining a valid
passport, visa, or other documentation required by the country visited.
Participants are also responsible for travel to and from the destination
city.
· Relish
makes every effort to operate each tour as described. We reserve the
right to change itineraries or substitute services or hotels of equal
value without prior notice.
· Relish reserve the right to cancel
the tour prior to departure for any reason. If the tour is canceled due
to insufficient enrollment, participants will be notified at least 90
days before the departure date. In case of
cancellation by Relish, full refunds will be
provided.
· Services
provided in connection with the tours, such as hotel and tour visits,
are rendered by independent contractors who are not agents or employees
of Relish. Participants expressly agree that Relish shall not be liable
for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, bodily injury or death or
damage to property occasioned through the acts, negligence or defaults
of any company or individual engaged in providing the services arranged
by Relish. Relish shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any
injury, death or damage for any reason whatsoever, including but not
limited to acts of God, detention, war, quarantine, weather, terrorism,
civil disturbance, strike, changes in government regulations, airline,
or other travel operations.
· Signature
on the reservation form by the participant signifies acceptance of and
agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions as stated here.
