Holiday Menu pricing includes:
- Accommodating dietary restrictions with at least one week’s notice
- Iced tea or sparkling water
- Self-serve coffee station (add $3 per person for coffee service)
- All staff, serving- and dining-ware
Facility:
- Fee (add-on to catering price):
- Mondays – Thursdays lunch or dinner: $500 plus tax
- Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays lunch or dinner: $700 plus tax
- Exclusive use of the Relish Culinary Center for up to 2½ hours
- Lunch events must be scheduled to end no later than 3 pm
- Dinner events to start between 5 and 7 pm
- Overtime fees will be applied for events that run long
- Client will have access to Center 1 hour before event for optional decorating
Notes:
- $1,000 minimum catering cost before facility fee, service & tax
- A 20% Production Fee is added to food and beverage prices and covers event-specific costs not related to food creation, such as planning time, setup & clean-up, site visits, managing wine, dishwashing, etc.
- See current Beverage List for available wine, beer and non-alcoholic options. Corkage is $15 per bottle or case of beer. No hard alcohol is allowed at the Relish Culinary Center.
- If we arrange rentals, floral decorations, live music or other services, we pass along the actual cost and add a 20% Handling Fee, with a minimum of $50 for each project.
